Iníon Ní Bhuachalla and Jonathon O Callaghan have shown huge dedication in preparing our camogie team. Both trainers, as well as the girls, have been very busy preparing and will do very well in the Sciath na Scol series of matches. We have some very dedicated players. Their fitness and skill is the result of consistent training and hard work.
We are hoping for a big day out in Pairc Uí Rinn for the final.
Girls are involved in the preparations for the Parks Tennis Tournament. We are hoping to bring home the Barber Cup again this year.
Hayley Giltinan and Emily Brosnan, both 6th class pupils have teamed up with two boys from our neighbouring boys’ school to participate in the Munster Schools Tennis Tournament. Both girls are very talented players and we wish them the very best.
We look forward to these events and wish our teams well.
Cork Primary Schools City Sports in now drawing close and we will have girls from Junior Infants to Sixth Class participating in C.I.T. in a few weeks. Keep up the running, girls!
